How long will my order take?
It is best to allow 7 working days for all orders + Shipping.
We try our very best to complete all pieces well and truly before the timeframe, however during peak times of year delays are expected.
Please check the announcement bar at the top of our website, we try to update that as often as possible to give you an idea of our workload, production times will vary when a new collection has just recently dropped.
If your order is time sensitive, although we don't believe in jumping the queue as such we also know that lifes special moments don't always come with a big warning sign and two weeks notice. Please email us and we will try our best to accomodate office@bliss-studio.co.nz

We ship all of our Handmade pieces nationwide
Gisborne next day delivery $4
Rest of New Zealand $8
All packages are labelled authority to leave. If you don't want item left please get in touch.
*Larger items are at a higher shipping rate.
Please note our shipping prices are for NON RURAL addresses only. Please ensure you are only inputting a non rural address.
If you need rural shipping please get in touch with us regarding shipping cost.
We will not send any orders placed using a rural address unless discussed prior
Please note: We do not allow Gisborne pick ups due to the creation time frame
Returns:
Please choose wisely when making a purchase, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, and are unable to provide a refund and/or swaps once the order has been packed
We try our very best to capture images that best portray our stock & colours. If you are unsure it is best to contact us and ask for more picture before you make your purchase.
Please know that all spelling on customised products is final. If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately to see what stage in creating we are at. If we are able to correct the error we will, however if your item has already been created we can unfortunately offer no refund.
My item arrived damaged
If your order has arrived broken or damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of damage within 48 hours. Once assessed we will be able to take the appropriate steps to ensure you're happy e.g refund or remake.
